Access to your finances anytime, anywhere
The FINBER personal account is a portal meine-finanzen.digital. All your contracts and documents are gathered in one place, it is free to use, and it works on both computers and mobile phones.
What it contains:
- list of your contracts: insurance, investments, housing finance, electricity, gas;
- documents relating to them – policies, letters, invoices;
- visual overview: what is already insured and where there is as yet no protection;
- your own files that you have uploaded yourself are always close at hand;
- Check-up is a short portal survey about which insurances you really need.
The portal interface is in German. Below we have translated all the text and buttons you will come across.
Please select your situation:
- I already have a username and password → «Sign in: I already have access» section.
- You are a FINBER customer, but you do not yet have access → «Registration: you are a FINBER client» section. Only an e-mail will be needed.
- You are not yet a FINBER client → write in [email protected], and we will send you a link for free registration.
Log in to your account: you already have access
Open meine-finanzen.digital or click the button below. Your login is your email address; there is no separate username.
What do the messages on the login page mean:
- Email address — your email address;
- Password — password;
- Log in — log in;
- Forgotten your password? — forgotten password: an email to set a new one will be sent to your email address;
- Log in without a password — Log in without a password: a confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Mobile app: Finanzmanager
In the app stores, the app is called Finance Manager App (developed by DEMV Systems GmbH). Login is with the same e-mail as on the portal, data is shared. There is no need to register again.
iPhone and iPad: The App Store button takes you to the installation guide, which provides step-by-step instructions on what to do.
Android: The Google Play button opens the app’s page in the store.
Registration: you are a FINBER customer
Are you already using our services but don’t have access to your account yet? Register yourself – it’ll only take a minute.
- Click the «I am a FINBER customer – register» button.
- In the field Email address provide the same address that you gave when you drew up the contracts.
- Click Log in. No password is needed at this stage: what to do next will arrive by email.
Has the letter not arrived, or are the contracts not visible in your account? Please email [email protected] marked «Personal Account», we will grant access manually.
Registration: you are not yet a customer
You can also use the portal without any agreements with us: you upload your own policies yourself and see all your agreements in one list. Registration is free — the button at the end of the form even says: Register for free.
The form indicates: First name (name), Surname (surname), Date of birth (date of birth), Email and mobile phone number (mobile number).
Frequently asked questions about the personal account
What is my login?
Your email. There is no separate username.
Forgot password?
On the sign-in page, click Forgotten your password? — an email to set a new password will be sent to your email address. If you do not see the email, please check your Spam folder.
Can I log in without a password at all?
Yes. There is a button on the login page Log in without a passwordConfirmation will be sent to your e-mail.
I've registered, but there are no contracts in my account area.
Almost always the reason is the same: registration was made with a different e-mail address. Write to us and provide both addresses — we'll check and help.
Are an app and a website the same thing?
Yes, the data is shared. Log in to the app with the same e-mail, there's no need to register again.
Is there a portal in Russian?
No, the interface is only in German. We have provided the button translations above; if any screen is unclear, write to us and attach a screenshot.
Who owns the portal?
The meine-finanzen.digital portal and the Finanzmanager app belong to DEMV Systems GmbH from Hamburg (Dammtorwall 7a). Links to the legal notice (Impressum) and privacy policy (Datenschutz) can be found at the bottom of the login page.
Is it compulsory to use the account area?
No, it is a convenience rather than a service condition: all contracts remain valid without it.
