But, one way or another, there is a standard and necessary list of documents for a student visa.
If you are submitting documents NOT in German, you must attach a notarized German translation.
To apply for a student visa, you will need:
1) FORM, which can (and should) be found on the consulate website - https://videx-national.diplo.de The application form can be filled out in German or English. Two copies.
2) 3 recent photographs 45x35mm on a white background. Two must be glued to the forms (despite the fact that the form says “do not glue”), and one must be brought with you.
3) Passport of the Russian Federation and 2 copies of all pages containing data.
4) International passport and 2 copies of the page with personal data.
Note It is better for everyone to make a new passport for 10 years, since all documents in Germany will be tied to it. in the Russian Federation now you can make a second passport.
5) Admission/invitation to study at a higher educational institution - it is enough to provide a printout of the file in pdf format if it contains the signature and seal of the university and 2 copies each.
6) Confirmation of the financing of the stay, at least for the period of the first academic year at the rate of 861 euros per month (10'332 euros per year) with translation into German and 2 copies. The following options are possible:
-Blocked account
-Official guarantee (behördliche Verpflichtungserklärung) of a resident of Germany
-Confirmation of receipt of a scholarship, at least 861 euros per month
7) School certificates and diplomas in the original and 2 copies.
8) Signed letter of motivation in German and 2 copies
9) Your biography in German in the form of a table. This biography must contain no gaps, plus you must include your address and contact phone number. You can use your resume as a basis, adding the dates of your studies at school and college. The main thing is that there should be no gaps in the biography. Original and 2 copies.
10) Proof of language proficiency - certificate and 2 copies.
11) Medical insurance policy and 2 copies.
