PARETO LAW: How to do less and get more
This is one of our favorite laws. If used correctly, it can provide tremendous benefits.
❗️Law: "20% of efforts give 80% of the result, and the remaining 80% of efforts - only 20% of the result."
🔹Conclusions:
You can quickly get most of the desired result
Not all things are really important.
Many little things can be discarded
It is necessary to focus on 20% of what really matters, what will really bring 80% of the result
🔹The 80/20 Principle is observed in a wide variety of areas. Examples:
20% of regular customers bring 80% of profits
20% of all goods give 80% of the turnover
20% of the population owns 80% of the wealth
20% of employees do 80% of the work in the company
20% of the financial portfolio brings 80% of the profit
Only 20% of the knowledge gained by humanity brings 4 times more benefits for human development
In 80% of our daily speech, we use only 20% of our vocabulary
🔹Consequences of the Law:
Most of the effort does not lead to the desired results
Only a few actions lead to important results
Most activities, group or individual, are a waste of time.
The hardest part is to define this 20% and concentrate your time and effort on what really matters!
