💼 Who do we need?

We are looking experienced SMM specialist, who will take over the management and development of all our social media — from idea to execution. You will be part of our marketing team and work closely with the sales department to create effective, engaging and selling content.

🔧 Your tasks:

• Management and development of social media:
  Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn

• Creating content plans and generating ideas in collaboration with the sales team

• Preparation and publication:
  — Of posts and stories
  — Reels and Shorts (vertical format)
  - Video interviews, scripts, rubrics
•  

• Video editing, post design, music and graphics selection

• Metrics analysis, increasing reach and engagement

• Working with texts (copywriting, adaptation, headlines, CTA)

• Updating trends and implementing best practices from digital marketing

• Collaboration with bloggers and influencers to expand the audience and increase brand awareness, including through targeted advertising.

✅ What we are looking for:

• Experience in SMM of 2+ years (especially in Instagram, TikTok and Telegram)

• Ability to shoot, edit and format videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

• Text skills: from stories to posts and video scripts

• Creative thinking + sense of visual style

• Understanding the principles of promotion: organics, hashtags, algorithms

• Ability to work quickly, independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and self-organisation.

💡 An advantage:

• Experience in finance, insurance or B2B services

• Knowledge of German or English

• Experience in running social media advertising campaigns
