С чего начать

Пенсия в Германии складывается из трёх источников, и полагаться только на первый рискованно.

State pension (gesetzliche Rentenversicherung) обязательна для наёмных работников: взнос 18,6 % от зарплаты, пополам с работодателем. Она даёт базу, но не привычный уровень жизни: стандартная пенсия после 45 лет стажа — 1 913,40 € брутто в месяц с июля 2026 года.

Пенсия от работодателя (betriebliche Altersvorsorge) — второй источник, он есть далеко не у всех.

Частные накопления — третий, и именно здесь в 2027 году всё меняется: Riester-Rente закрывается для новых договоров, на смену приходит Altersvorsorgedepot с господдержкой втрое больше прежней.

  • Возраст выхода растёт. В 2026 году стандартного возраста достигают в основном рождённые в 1960 году — в 66 лет и 4 месяца. С 2031 года граница в 67 лет станет обязательной для всех.
  • Досрочный выход стоит денег. При 35 годах стажа выйти можно с 62 лет, но пенсия уменьшится на 0,3 % за каждый месяц — максимум на 14,4 %. При 45 годах стажа с 65 лет сокращения нет.
  • Взносы платят не со всего дохода. В 2026 году потолок — 8 450 € в месяц: с суммы сверх этого взносы не начисляются, но и пенсионных баллов она не даёт.

Частные программы: что кому подходит

  • pension investment account — всем, включая самозанятых. С 2027 года заменяет Riester: государство добавляет до 540 € в год вместо прежних 175 €.
  • Riester-Rente — наёмным работникам, особенно с детьми. Новый договор можно заключить только до 31 декабря 2026 года. Who is it not suitable for — отдельный разбор.
  • Rürup-Rente — самозанятым и тем, у кого высокий налог. Взносы уменьшают налогооблагаемый доход, начать можно с 25 € в месяц.
  • Fondsgebundene Lebensversicherung — тем, кто готов к рыночному риску. Накопление через фонды внутри страхового договора.
  • employer-provided savings scheme — наёмным работникам. Доплата от работодателя, обычно до 40 € в месяц: деньги, которые многие просто не забирают.

Frequently asked questions

Хватит ли государственной пенсии?
1 913,40 € брутто — это после 45 лет стажа на средней зарплате. У большинства получается меньше. Считать надо по своим баллам: калькулятор на странице про государственную пенсию.

Riester ещё можно оформить?
Новый договор — только до 31 декабря 2026 года. С 1 января 2027-го открывается Altersvorsorgedepot. Уже действующий договор Riester продолжает работать.

Что делать самозанятому?
У большинства самозанятых обязательных взносов в государственную систему нет, значит и пенсии оттуда почти не будет. Инструменты — Rürup-Rente, а с 2027 года ещё и Altersvorsorgedepot.
